Ok, I'd been led to believe by some of the posts on this board that there was a sound recording of what Tonev actually said. I'm somewhat surprised to learn that their isn't.:/

There is no corroborating eveidence. Simply the word of this Logan individual, who the SFA believe, for reasons known only to themselves, to be a reliable witness, despite his poor record, against someone with a spotless record.Originally Posted by ScotlandFirst
But then, Tonev is eastern European, and we've already seen how they are treated by the huns in Scotland and NI

Apart from the video footage and the referee and other players and management team present, you're spot on... And as for "known to be abusive", well you're toiling now.

You sure about that? I didn't read all of the lengthy report on it but I thought it said that there was video evidence and the word of both the captain and manager of the Dons as well as the ref's report.
It wasn't just down to Logan's word v Tonev's word if they all heard it - inclement weahter or not!
Is the Morton game still on this weekend?

Celtic fans place a lot of emphasis on the fact that Logan shouted at an official, claiming it makes him a liar.
Neil Lennon has spent much of his career shouting abuse at officials/players yet the Celtic fans have lapped up his pysh for years..
