    As they (allegedly) now own their own club, perhaps they'd like a return to the PL and a share of the 100million pound a season spoils. That's how their ownership works, right?

    Nah, as they keeping telling anyone and everyone who will listen (or can't get away), they hate the Premier League and being relegated from the top table was the very best thing to happen to them in years. They especially despise the evil Sky corporation and how the money it injects is proving the ruination of the beautiful game.

    One can only assume the £48m they received in parachute payments and which prevented the club from going out of existence altogether must have originated from a completely different source.
