    There's no getting away from the fact Ince can be a decent player on his day, shame he produced next to nothing for us, but that happens in football.

    Sometimes players just work at one club but not at another.

    Many variables can cause that. He obviously didn't fit at the time he was there, in the same way that Steve Mac didn't. Wrong place, wrong time, wrong team mates, wrong manager, etc, etc.

    Happens all the time. We've had a few, all clubs have.

    For now he's playing really well, long may it continue. Whether it will or not is anyones guess.

    To be fair to all concerned, he joined Forest when they were on a really low ebb, must of been hard.
    He joins Derby who are bang on form, surely it's an easier environment to play in and thrive.

    Nah, he knows that it's his last chance to prove himself at a lower level
    Probably to put himself in the shop window
