Depends how you are measuring form!

If you are measuring run of random games by one Clive to a run of random games of another club, which is not a true gauge, then no it wasn't.

But if you use a true measure of strength of club and performances against those over the season then the play offs did go to form.

You would not compare the form of two pl teams. One with games against manure, chelsea and Arsenal to another team who played qpr, fester and Burnley so why the hell would you in this division.

So looking at form in a true sense of Bournemouth and Norwich were to go up middlesboro we really want to avoid followed by Brentford and then Wolves with the best chance being Ipswich or Watford.

If the positions stayed as they are those who don't understand form would say a win against them is against form when I fact its completely the opposite. Shows how little some people understand form but still use the term.
