    I keep reading Carlos has got Barry totally out of position on right side.
    Granted he had a break from the midweek game...but I thought he looked very effective in that position yesterday.

    Seems to me we're finding a really good balance with Jones and Reach....and the part they play appears to be keeping Sam out of trouble - yellow cards plus injury probs (how important were his late tackles yesterday!)

    Can't understand some of the stick Bannan gets on Owlstalk, yes I think he is more effective in the middle with Lee but for some to be calling him awful out wide is a bit much...I've just watched the game against QPR & I thought Barry was in great form, played some fantastic balls around the park.

    Bannan for me is a proper footballer, highly technical & understands the game, if CC wants to use him in a wider spot then that's good enough for me, I think some fans are forgetting the standard of player we've had at the club over the last 15 or 16 years, Bannan is streets ahead of many of those.
