On the subject of linesmen, the attached story is rather interesting, covering a linesman who was attacked by a spectator using his ***** as a weapon!

As for Matthew Bristow, I would much sooner that his place was taken by Rory McLure who waves a really nice flag. His embachure is first rate and he wiggles his bum nicely as he runs down the pitch. See what you can do to get him changed please TMDS
