I never go, but that doesn't mean I would rather discuss the mysteries of the Burnley Freemasons' funny handshakes or whatever it is!

Alto, I just don't think that topic has any place on a football forum and am glad it keeps sliding down the board due to lack of interest. If I come back and the topic disappears, I will leave it at that and make no further mention of it.

Your feelings are noted, but why does it not belong there, its a forum first and foremost, the new site editor has said "its a forum for all topics as well as football" it was a topic of discussion about the stance of this PC nonsense being overbearing and stupid, it was not an invitation for anyone to have side issue agenda's, if you are saying it does not belong on a forum then to me its brushing it under the carpet unable to have a voice yet again as we get shafted by the establishment left right and centre.

I have views on Politics, History, Religion, The EU, the far East and many other subjects, if like this one it comes up, it is not meant for any other reason but to debate.

Horses for courses, I see thread on "Tin Food Count", "What are you having for dinner tonight", "The last post Thread", "Boxing", "The 500 post thread", "Winter Pictures" and so on and so forth, they don't really interest me, so I stay away from them.

I will not close the thread down, nor will I repl

Its encouraging the likes of nelstan, pushing his pungent nationalistic views in the faces of others. I find it distasteful personally.

However, I'll be as good as my word and will not post anymore on the topic, hopeful it will just disappear.

""Again I will reiterate, Tony Scholes ran that board badly""

So badly in fact, that the new board (pretty much run by the said Tony Scholes) generates around 7 times as much traffic as claretsmad.

Yes fatboy, if he'd have been a decent, honest kind of fella he'd have had even more on Claretsmad to begin with, so many got banned without the common courtesy of a reason which will be lost forever because of him.

I say this knowing someone who has known him over 40 years and indeed was a partner of his with message boards before ClaretsMad began, he saw the arrogance of him and quickly severed the relationship.

You will learn sooner or later, even Hitler had a mass following.

Tony did an exceptional job on claretsmad regarding his articles, match reports, itk knowledge etc.. Its just his finger on the button approach with bannings that was a joke.

I'd agree with you on the articles and match reports Jordan, he did a good job, shame as you say he was a Jekyll to his Hyde with his shallow way of treating people.
