Avoiding fat is not helpful re weight loss...it's restriction of carbohydrates that does the job.

Exercise is a very inefficient way to lose weight but it does improve health,well being and helps with motivation.

Well done with your weight loss and your advice is fairly sensible.

I would not advocate those shakes long term but just to give weight loss a boost eg after an indulgent holiday or when weight loss has plateaued and a boost is needed.

However brown bread is quite good for you and as for fat that all depends on your goal my goal was to lose weight not to get toned so cutting fat helped a lot I strongly recommend chicken on brown bread and a banana . That's what I mainly had

As for exercise you need to exercise so your body sweats and it boosts your metabolism and burns off more calories (do it in morning) but the more fitter you get the harder it is. Like I said it all depends if your fit fat or average

Every day I was losing 2 lb a day (after I stopped I had a huge burger lol)
