No. Not you. Just this site did not die due to the prediction league. Having been here when it was very busy, I can assure you that's not the case. Its dead because we lose games. Like Ewood park is now dead. 10 years ago this board was thriving. And about 10k extra fans where inside Ewood. That's not your fault.

But it's getting boring hearing 'we will lose' every single week. I think we all know the position we are in. So let's all start flapping and moaning every week. That's supporting your local football club right?

I understand what the board was like and I try to get conversation going but without interest it goes no further than a few replies
I for one feel a little brow beaten by the clubs demise of recent seasons so forgive me if I get repetitive with my predictions.

I'm just saying it got boring a long way back about this 'we will lose every week' it's all I read.
If we win its because they where crap. Or not posts at all. I get that fans hurt. But the knee jerk reaction is to go in heavy on the club you support. Surley the 11 who turn out deserve a bit of support. After all they represent Blackburn Rovers. Venkys don't. Miles Anderson didn't. The game I fell in love with as a kid, you just went down watched your local side and supported them. Sometimes you moaned, but at the end of the day, you support the lads. What changed in 25 years? Fk loads of money has diluted everything. And without going over old ground, I am not blaming this on Jack Walker. What I am saying is money eventually ruins everything. Buying success was never going to last. As it was all false. We didn't achieve that. It just so happened a bloke lived in Blackburn. That's not an achievement, it's pure luck. How Walker made his money was an achievement, as was how Venkys. Self made from nothing. The clubs success wasn't ever built on a solid foundation. And I just happen to think, what goes around comes around. Nobody moaned when we won the national lottery. But everyone soon disappeared and started moaning once it all disappeared, and reality kicked in. Your club needs support when the chips are down, not when all is going swimmingly. Anyone can do that. Or maybe I'm just kiving with my head in the clouds.

This club is not a community club anymore
it's not a family club anymore
the life and soul is being ripped from this once proud club
venkys have done this through stupid decision after stupid decision
I cannot return to Ewood until the club begins to feel like home again.
