Mr Naysmith's 4 new players although 2 are only on loan look streets ahead of the likes of Moxon, Brotherson, Pickard, Nelson, Hooper etc who now cannot even make the bench - will they move on to lesser football or go out on loan ?

To think Pickard was almost an automatic pick up to not too long ago.

Plenty rumours doing the rounds that Naysmith isn't particularly impressed with several of the youngsters and they're definitely not in his plans for the future . The same could be said about Anderson & Higgins

Cool. I was just going thru my newspaper clippings from the 2001-02 season for scanning onto the forum and there is a Queens fan that bet on Queens to win the Second Division that season on the front of the paper. Looks like you and I think the same age as you at the time, 32.

What a difference a couple of weeks make. We now have a hungry , surging midfield as opposed to a pedestrian one . Thomson is desperate to get noticed by his parent club and running box to box. Rankin is organising and barking orders from the middle of the park. We now have a real captain. We have Danny Carmichael getting fitter by the week and the wee man is no shyster when it comes to rolling the sleeves up. On the other side we have real left sided balance and another young , hungry player . All credit to Naysmith because he has identified that our midfield needed rebuilt and he has acted quickly. Now we need to stop leaking as many goals . Over to you Mr Naysmith.
