    Its not Alex, and definately not Les.

    I cannot for the life of me remember what Blant looked like, just that he was a dirty basid.

    I'll have a look in my archive fella's.

    No,it's not Elder he played his last game in 1967 for the Clarets,so not sure who it is

    I know its a belated response but the Burnley player in the picture (left) is Wilf Wrigley who played a few games in first team after being in the successful 1968 FA Youth Cup winning side.

    The above (away) game is correct and not the 5-1 win at Turf Moor.

    Great post, but I still think that's Blant, I can't remember what Wrigley looked like either.
