I fear for Purrington if he plays tomorrow.
He will be up against Anthony Knockaert and the experience of chasing his shadow all night could scar him for life.
People say we are looking to next season now. Why? We don't even know who the manager will be. Unless of course TS is going to make another bad decision and keep Paul Warne in charge even though he doesn't have the requisite qualifications for the job.

The only players good enough for the Championship are Camp, Broadfoot, Frecklington, Ward and Newell (first half of last season).

When you look at it in this respect, I have to laugh at all Steve Evans' critics. The successive managers haven't got a clue.

    One a day.....

It means that Leeds priority is the league play-offs not the cup - as shown even by Huddersfield making 9 changes v City.

Felt sorry for the players that would have enjoyed that game - but Huddersfield were right to do so.

Next you will be telling me that Burnley played a weakened side against Lincoln. Smaller / weaker clubs tend to perform better against good teams for a multitude of reasons. Not only do they put the extra effort in but invariably they don't have to force the play as the better team goes for the win. This creates more space which gives you more attacking options.

Lincoln though had a few "heavies" that could intimidate, like the lad that intimidated Barton.

Our current squad has no such player, most are those that avoid tackles if they can.

the main problem isn't the players it's the lack of a manager to set them up,train them etc.

I cannot stress enough how much of a bad decision it was to leave Paul Warne in charge for this long.

to say he wanted to stay in the championship than he does that is kind boggling

Talking of players who avoid tackles, what's happened to Scott Allan.
Not too long ago Warne was saying he was outstanding in training and reintroduced him to the match day squad. Now, even though we're down to the bare bones, he's nowhere to be seen.
