    "Thanks for that......whoever it was"

    It's laughable !

A little unfair mellow miller. You are judging TS on this season. Looking at the wider picture (past 7 years) what he has done would be a more fair reflection
7year ago we could have only dream about going up 2 divisions. Great facilities ect
We all know he has made mistakes and I'm sure he wants to put them right.
Will he next season? I'm not sure.
Does anyone really know the best route to go?
What you think is right may be totally the opposite to what I think

A lot of the comments on this thread are through frustration at how after 4 seasons the rollercoaster stopped going up hill and. Well let's not say going down hill but more come off the tracks, crashed n burned 😩

Players/managers and chairman are judged on success or failure
For the past few seasons fans have been chanting Evans/Stewart/warnock/warne name
    Now they want them gone.
Frustrating I agree. But I share Gwru optimism.
If we don't have hope and belief we will fail from the off

He's let you down along with the rest of fans and the players by not getting a manager in and fighting to stay in the championship.

Now if TS came out and said it all got too much and he thought the best thing to do is go down a league and prepare again for the championship along with better knowledge of what's needed then I might have understood that.

Putting Warne in charge and hiding behind him is just cowardly imo

I'm happy to engage in discussion with anyone who wants the best for the club but not someone who is attention seeking and craves all his little followers to hail him as some kind of genius.

Pmsl you couldn't make it up TS has made a pigs ear of it without a doubt this last couple of seasons.

But please don't make out it's the club you love when it's all about been proven right just so you can say I told you so.

    Can't get my breath.

He's been very successful at not spending money he hasn't got on the team.

Yes he's a great bloke, done some great things for RUFC but basically he seems to be struggling to do any better.

No shame in that, but the club needs an injection of fresh ideas with new people if necessary.

Yes I've based my comments on this season because I can't believe how TS has just chucked all his previous achievements away without a fight.
His inaction is so disappointing after all that has gone before and I can't believe that he gave up on our Championship status with 28 games to go.
He may have big plans for next season, who knows, but there's nothing obvious to suggest that's the case at the moment is there?

you say chucked it away with 28 games to go and tbh my dad said same thing last night but has he? he invested a lot of money in the club at the beginning of the season and maybe the well was dry! or not wet enough to make a difference.
the biggest mistake TS has made this season is not keeping the fans informed..
he made his choice in manager and it didnt work out. he gave him free reign to bring in which players he wanted (to a budget) he then appointed another manager who 99% of millers fans would have said. "yes hes the one to take us forwards". that also didnt work out.
people keep saying he should bring in investment. theres no such thing as free investment. whoever invest will want a return.. it may be a short term fix but long term it will cripple a small club like our-self's

the only hope i have so far regards next season is. from the last time we were in the 1st division we had the 6th highest budget...
with the looks of it next season we should have the 3rd highest budget...
add to that the players we already have should make us a decent force...
we all know we need a manager and between the 20/30 MM posters you could come up with 5 or 6 names...
