    Yes.

and i wonder how many convictions were made on the back of a pack o lies?
This one wasn't a lie though was it. It was video taped and the marine murdered the boy. No question.
The only way they could get him off was inventing some pish about stress and battlefield trauma which everyone knows is just a pack of lies.
The fact that he was an enemy combatant from an organisation (The taliban - not ISIS, you tit) that had recently hung the limbs of dead British servicemen from trees as trophies is neither here nor there.
There are rules. Jackman broke them. An enemy prisoner of war was murdered on camera, and clowns like you think it is okay.
Lowering yourself to be no better than those you are fighting is not what this country is supposed to be about.

rules? rules only seem to be applied to one side and that's us.

    we've become too soft.

the marine did the right thing, one less taliban and god knows hows many other lives saved.

I can still get a goods night sleep after saying that,

How many Taliban have travelled thousands of miles to our country with guns to dictate how we should live our lives in our own country? Because that's what The British Army are doing in Afghanistan.

Ludicrous that the guy was/is in jail in the first place, for doing his job.
Soldiers are basically paid to kill people - not to blow kisses at them.

Aye - and footballers are paid to put the ball in the opposition's net and keep it out of their own... but there are rules.
It is most certainly NOT ludicrous that our rule of law was followed and that this man was jailed.
What WAS ludicrous was that his stupid mate allowed the footage to be seen by anyone other then those who were there...
