shots blocked by defenders go into the blocked shots category.

I'm guessing g the shots on target will be the sum total of goals + saves by the keeper = 1+1 = 2
well look when sturridge was through keeper saved the oother lad shot towards goal
truth is they had more shots than we did
if you went to the game surely you could see that

fact is, puddles were as impotent in front of goal as they had been mid week in Russia.

I said then if they played like they did against the russians we would get something from the game.

    they did, and we did.

I didn´t but was unaware that the live televised games didn´t show all the goal mouth incidents.

If Fat Sam's football is exactly the same as Rafa's then how is it that Fat Sam has had almost NO success in his career but Rafa is one of the WORLD'S MOST SUCCESSFUL managers.

About time you attempted to justify some of your more stupid and ridiculous non thinking statements.

Sky analysis showed that Liverpool had most shots but only 2 on target, the Toon had only 8 shots with 5 on target.
If you are at the match you don't get the chance of replays but on TV those that do the counting can replay as many times as they need.

But you need to be able to count before you can come to a decision.

i would say in what sam has been employed to do he is far more succesfull than rafa
he is usually employed to keep teams up which he does with limited budgets and usually teams who are struggling

rafa usually walks into teams doing well with a big budget
    so two completly different scenarios

    did rafa keep us up
    nope
so he failed in his job

would sam have kept us up
    i think so

i would say sam has done everything asked of him at every club he has gone to
    i dont think rafa has

would sam have kept us up... we were in freaking freefall under him... you THINK he might have but you have no idea whether he actually would or not
