But he does take it and he gives it back.
The problem is he suffers for it with bans, nobody else.

What a load of clap trap.
Many don't debate with respect for him, they spend all their time calling him a liar or having their own digs or calling for bans or at least trying to instigate them by putting up topics like this.

It's a forum and nobody should be getting banned unless it's for something really bad and nothing is ever bad enough on here to even get close to that.
Just little digs and wind ups and what not. Nothing new and nothing that requires anything other than locking a thread for constant tit for tat or allowing a heated debate to run a course.
It creates interest for some and not for others. that's life.

No one but no one did any of this in the beginning. it was only following Pboro's insults towards other posters that they began to retaliate, then he was the one to complain and whine about it. As I say he's has always been quite happy hurling out abuse but doesn't accept that people can only take so much and inevitably retaliate.

Specsavers or a memory check would seem to be required before you post that sort of rubbish.

Get your own memory checked. You're the worst of the lot.

He’s a troll, plain and simple. You seem to find his trolling entertaining for some reason. There have been plenty of threads that are clearly started to get a reaction and p!ss people off, NOT start a debate. He clearly enjoys it. The fact you can’t see it is baffling.

He's controversial. He creates all kinds of posts.
People respond to him, so why don't they just ignore him if he bothers them so much?
Why don't people just see his topic and just bypass it?

The forum is there to discuss all kinds of football related topics and obviously, especially Newcastle United, good, bad or indifferent.
The troll words gets flung about for the sake of it.

Close to 10 years he's been an active member of this forum with over 6,000 posts, so calling him a troll is a bit silly to be honest.
Unlike you and others I tend to take an interest in any posts that is worth reading, whether it's a simple opinion by a new poster or a long controversial one by a regular poster.

I'll see digs go backwards and forwards and wind ups and jokes and swear words that go beyond the boundaries (not by pboro) and yet I don't jump up shouting " oh someone's said CU NEXT TUESDAY and yet the very same people are wanting pboro banned.

If you don't like his posts then bypass them. You have that choice. Nobody is holding a gun to your head.
What the hell's the matter with you people for crying out loud?

The way pboro conveys his points is not something that I particularly like or agree with, but sometimes I think his perspective is interesting and even (if only partly) true.

What does annoy me is being called a plastic cause I physically can't go to matches. All NUFC fans that don't live in the Newcastle area thus must be considered plastics. But then again, that's just another opinion vs. another opinion.

The real thing that makes me wanna push the ignore button - though I haven't yet - is that what is supposed to be a debate usually turns into personal digs and pointless posts made up of self-fabricated facts or baseless stories. And usually pboro is involved. Other threads that he doesn't get mixed up in hardly ever - in my experience - turn out nasty or with people being p!ssed off, even though they disagree on certain things.

NOBODY can blame anyone else for getting tired of the constant attempts to wind other people up, covering it in "well it's just an opinion....".

He’s on my ignore list. You really don’t see his trolling with his fishing line? I don’t care how long he’s been a member, he’s trolling. Are you supposed to be a moderator?

You wonder why some people have become hostile to someone that is clearly trolling and winding people up? If he had been suspended and warned long ago I’m sure things wouldn’t have become so hostile as he would have altered his behaviour long ago. Instead this has been allowed to fester for far too long and this is where we find ourselves.

I'm a plastic. I don't go to all the matches and I only live down the road in Trimdon.
Do I take offence? Nahhhhh, because all pboro's ding is having a little lighthearted dig overall and upping that dig when other posters are trying their best to make excuses in between calling him all kinds of names.

People set about telling him he knows nothing and he simply explains that he travels to matches.
People on here know him and have seen him at home and away games, so he's entitled to hit back when people call him a liar and such.

He's also allowed to have a dig at Rafa just like I can, even though I'm half a plastic.

He's just having a light-hearted dig. He knows everyone can't make it and he knows it doesn't make people any less of a fan if they can't make it.
I might back him up but that doesn't make me immune from his digs. He's had many a go at me as have many and I've had a few goes back. Guess what? Nowt's changed with me. I don't hold any malice and I do find it all funny.

In this Rafa predicament and the way the team is playing, there's only so much you can do to take positives out of negatives. I've done it for long enough and this time I struggle to do it.

I've even backed McClaren because I thought his signings were pretty good and trawled around enough to read up on the fantastic comments by players and ex players about how fantastic he was and is, as a coach and man and man manager and ice cream with a big eff off flake in it.

In the end I sat there and said " balls to this, get this idiot out of this club."

Too late though and in came Rafa. Wonderland I was in.
    Am I now?
Nope, but I still have some hope that he'll come out of his self induced hypnosis and turn it around....or peas right off.

Pboro is just telling you how it all is in all kinds of ways and like you say, you find some interesting and some a bit below the belt.
Well look at it from his side when he's dealing with a mass attack on him and he has to deal with it.

It looks worse on him because his posts are every other post in that dig fest or attack and by mass effect it makes him look like the pantomime villain.

I enjoy his posts as I do with all posts....except those that set out to have someone banned because certain people think it'll be a wonderful world without him in it.
    Clap trap.

We don't find ourselves anywhere but on a forum that is actually growing with him on it rather than sinking with him on it.
Some are coming out of the woodwork to have a dig at him as though they're just waiting to get stuck right into posting as soon as he's banished.
    What a load of hogwash.

You've got him ignored you say, right?
Therefore you should have absolutely no issue with him.
