It doesn't suit your right frog .

What I will say is this I've followed my club for 50 years mate and I've seen every decent player we've ever had sold to clubs with more money .

I've just seen one of the best young teams we've had destroyed by bigger clubs in a matter of months , if we'd kept them together and added one or two we'd have gone places .

The comment was made tongue in cheek and not wendyesque , I think I've earned the right to one .

Get a plan and a vision , it's a mish mash at the NYS , proper patchwork quilt .

If you have a plan and a vision and looking to build something it can get you through the tough times .

Stabilise this season but the roots need to start to be taken care of .

Decent stadium , an owner whose brought the club back from the brink and a good name .

Nothing I see to stop you guys progressing , it's stalled at the moment but with a plan and a vision it can easily turn around .

Recruitment is everything , everything needs to be focused on that .

It's an income stream , the gems you find balance the books and give you the opportunity to continuously improve .

You get that right and everything flows from it , it's a long game not a quick fix .

Everything you have at your disposal needs to focus on getting out there and finding the untapped talent , there's plenty of it if you know where to look and have the right people .

The lad Liam Lindsay who replaced Marc Roberts in the summer cost £350k from Partick Thistle , you'd do well to buy him for £3m today and that's in a team struggling badly .

He's the only stand out with this crop right now but we've done well over the last 3 years and we expect a few to improve massively over the next 12 months and increase their value .

We've even more than doubled our money on Tom Bradshaw despite a in and out tenure here , Brum want him for £1.6m .

It's hard work and frustrating at times but it's the only way you guys can ever hope to compete at championship level again on a longer term basis .

You have to create good revenue to continuously improve , bit by bit , yes they will be mistakes but you only need to discover one or two to begin with to get the strategy started .

That's generally true, but not foolproof, as Crewe show.
