This board is all about opinions , nobody says Hecky can't be challenged but clearly what one or two of you don't like is when you yourself get challenged too , mainly because most of the time you can't defend your opinions credibly .

You can't even offer up a replacement who you think can do the job any better , replace Hecky ? , then what like ? , run the team without anybody ? , wibble wibble innit .

I'd challenge you in your own place of work to do what you do in 40 hours only to have that cut by half and still be expected to produce the same amount and standard then get slagged off when you can't .

The last feckin clown who sat in the managers office couldn't win a game in league one to save his life , soon as he fecked off , hey presto , there were 9k reds on suicide watch enduring the shyte his team produced .

Don't even get me started on Daniel Halo , never looked like keeping us up or getting us back up , this clown couldn't even control a dressing room from what I heard despite his so called experience .

Hecky may not be the very best , yes he's got flaws but I'll tell you this much he bleeds this club , he's one of us in charge , when the going got rough he didn't feck off like Mark Robins did , no he stuck around and gave it a go .

The difficulty this season is unprecedented , even Keef had a bit of familiarity and a spine of a team .

If the players aren't good enough , what do you expect him to do if the transfer window is shut , he's one voice in the recruitment process working to a small budget .

I actually don't know how we have the points we have to tell the truth with what's occurred this season .

He doesnt hold back if he doesnt like or agree with something Ive posted (and he never has done in all the time Ive been on here).
You however are more decent and I think you at least do try to post a bit more sensibly, bearing in mind you know the role that you now share with me on here.

Hecky as made a few good\bad decisions in his Time as manager, good, at least he's making them, my gripe boxing day was with us being at home, maybe go for a sub? Bring bradders off who ran his legs off for sweet fa. Stick mama on fo last 10. Ee ad 2 unused subs, now drawing is ok, but were going to be having to go for it at some stage this season, why not in a home game against a team we were getting the better of? As I've said tho, he's making these decisions, and you learn from mistakes so his training is in my opinion going ok. I believe in him, he's just got shut me up cos I moaned all way ooam.

You’ve got me totally wrong though if you think I think Hecky is the messiah, not at all , not one bit . If I’m honest I think he’s an average coach and clearly struggles at times but has done a great job also in very tough times . I always try to look at the bigger picture though, he’s doing ok to get us to hold our own in this league with the players he’s given . I like loyalty as well and he’s achieved some memorable things here not long ago , had the squad sold from under him for whatever reason and deserves in my opinion the chance to mould a new team but that takes time . New managers guarantee you nothing and I don’t have anyone in mind who could do better . He’s also young and learning as he goes on .

I always think there is a bigger picture to look at and sometimes you have to look at the root cause of things rather than use emotive language and just say everything is ludicrous.

I’ll be honest and also say him being a local lad would give him a bit more leeway .

I don’t think he’s the messiah though, I don’t think anyone is a messiah and I’m not part of a mob.

Yes I do make the accusations about Hecky being part of the taarn, and I suggest that he gets a bit more more leeway than what hes entitled to because of this etc.
I do regret not being from Barnsley, but Im NOT and that fact wont ever change of course. And my comments about players or managers from the taarn in future, will always be taken in context.
