We dont need to be going for 'an out of work coach'. They are out of work for a reason. We need to be poaching one .

alternatively, big mick, funny how all 3 of these guys are leeds fans!
No thanks to McLaren, but either Grayson or Mcarthy would be worth a punt. Only one of those WOULD come (and it's not Mick&#128533.

TC has to stay imo. He inherited a squad that was stripped of its core players from last season and they were not replaced.

The replacements were all from foreign leagues and normally takes the best part of a season before you get the best out of them.

Squad has not been balanced this season I.e. Not enough CB's or Strikers of the required standard.

Stupid suspension & injuries at key times have shot is in the foot. And no it's absolutely not the managers fault if someone gets a red card for head butts, spitting or dangerous tackles. The players are adults, professionals and are experienced so have to be absolutely accountable for their own actions.

If TC does go then I think Chris Hughton would be quality and always seems to reinvigorate teams, stabalize them and get them promoted.

If we are brave enough to stick with TC, I think we will see a much better side next season with that years experience of the league and working with the club.

Sorry no. TC dosent know how to play the type of football we need to get out of this division, thats this year, next year or any year.
We need a new man now so that he assess whats hes got from now untill the end of the season and change accordingly during summer.
    This seasons over.

Absolutely no point in sacking TC now, we need at least 10-11 wins out of the next 16 to have any chance of a top six finish, I don't believe a new coach would be able to achieve this so what is the point. Said in an earlier post when Saiz was banned that we needed to be in touch with the top three when his suspension ended. That was before the rest of the team decided on a Kamakaze mission to get as many sent off as we could during that period. The games up this season, by the time everyone is back we could be 12 points or more adrift. So we may as well stick with the coach and see how things pan out over the last 14 games and make the decision then. We certainly don't want the Bruce's and McClarens of this world anywhere near ER.

Very few managers around at the moment that I think would succeed with us. Only one I can think of is Marco Silva, but he has too good a reputation and will be wanted by bigger clubs probably.

Think TC gets to end of season in my eyes and see what happens. I was supportive of him but the way the team is playing is beginning to make me question his ability seeing as we have now had two abysmal long term runs of form. He had the initial burst where teams didn't know our new players/our style and hadn't found us out yet then that one run mid season other than that we've been battered week in week out and easy to play against.
Lol are you serious Joel? He had absolutely no money to spend last year and this year has played kids that he's introduced through the ranks. Sold people to buy. Trust me, Villa fans this year expected nothing on the basis that they had no money and no prospect of any.

That said i expect you're probably right about TC and we wouldn't get Bruce even if we did want him.

I just hope as originally stated that we get a replacement that knows what he's doing in terms of a strong history of promotion from this division.

That's Fair enough, I just think TC has been given the wrong end of the S**t stick this season in so many ways, also thinking he has next to no say in who is signed as well.
