Lots of sensible rational comments on here. Nobody wants racial abuse to be used as a weapon on either side.
Problem is do we trust the FA to make a fair and honest assessment in the matter.
Personally I fear they have already made their minds up anyway, and rather than having to prove the offence as in most courts, Jrod will have to try to disprove it.

From what you can see on the video he is certainly abusive but you can't say whether it is racial or not.
why is it worse to be racist rather than abusive in any other way? Fattist, Smellist, Smallist, ***ual leaningist, Anti Royalist, Pro Royalist, Tallist, Villaist.
It's all abuse at the end of the day, and should be shrugged off by the receiver.
