I'm definitely in the Csaba must go camp regardless of what happens from here
Tonights baffling decisions really nailed that for me

think CL wasnt sure what to do once they got Ashcroft sent off. do we stick or twist!
we all would have been happy enough with a draw before the game but with half an hour to go against 10 men i dont know if he knew whether to go for it or be happy with a draw.
two changes should have been made! mikkelson and gilliespie off replaced by Mcmullan and stanton move fraser to no.10 and skippy up top! it would have allowed fraser to get on the ball in a more dangerous position rather than out wide where hes always going to come inside. also meant the having two wingers on might have been able to get to byline more (if king could beat a man!)
instead he brought lyng on who done nothing and didnt cause them any problems.

I agree with those changes.
Hard to know with csaba and rarely is there any logic - lyng plays, no Smith and McM left on bench 🙈
That said I had visions of Livi where we conceded that late goal.
Before the match would have taken a draw
On to Friday....
Thinking
Deniz
Ralston Mohsni Durnan Murdoch
Stanton Flood
King McD McMullen
Mikk
Wouldn’t be against Gillespie in and push Stanton forward in place of McD
With the above would be looking to introduce Smith, Fraser and maybe Slater as subs
It’s not just Csaba’s fault for lack of drive when they went to ten.
The Captain should be driving them on too....but we only got Willo going sideways and backaways
I dont think Durnan will make it back for any of the playoffs so i would keep the same defence.
Midfield though is different and i would be inclined to have Flood and Stanton with Gillespie to come in if Willo has run himself into the ground. Further forward Mikkelsen may get a bit more luck at home with King, Fraser and McMullan to run about as much as they can. Once 2 of them have had enough, Matty and McDonald(given the Brechin brief) should come on.
I dont think we will have the luxury of protecting a winning score line, but if we do, player protection has to come into play.
McMullan is carrying an injury he is just recovering from.
He would only be brought on in the case of injury or if losing badly.
That is what I have been told.
I wish the club would be more open about injuries. There's been a few occasions already that Laszlo has got stick for not using players or dropping players when knocks/injuries have been the issue.

I lost count the number of times the ball was on the left with either King or Robson and neither put in a meaningful cross. Kings application, heart and ability is shocking, he flatters to deceive and Robson is not at the level yes, the left was a nightmare/
There was no movement in midfield finding space at any time and no-one had the bottle to take a man on except Fraser. As soon as Fraser tried he had 3-4 players on him. Thats a great opportunity for other players to come short and others to find acres of space.
Sorry headless and heartless. Its like we were waiting for them to gift us a goal.
Scott Broon in The Dubliner in Las Americas.....think i might stage dive his VIP area and kick um in the pus![]()
The other thing noticeable about last night was that both United and Dunfermline looked miles off the level required to achieve the ultimate aim i.e. beat the Premier League team.
