I think you are missing my point. I am glad there is a lot of interest in the game, and I'm happy to queue for a ticket, but I literally moved about 5 metres in 45 minutes. I was still basically at the back of the queue when I left. I just couldn't work out why it was taking so long to serve people. Would you accept that kind of thing in a supermarket? There were only two booths open - why not just employ a few more people at peak times?

Employ more people for a week? What do you do with the extra cost the following week?

The website is still truly awful at booking tickets.

Really hope AH gets its sorted as soon as the contract is over with medoc. Do you remember that the reason the miler ticket was removed was due to upgrading to this system!

AH should try talking to tickmaster who do the Trent Bridge ticket booing very slick and works brilliantly every time.

I went about 12.00 believing it was ST holders until 1.00 but they were serving everyone, there were queues but someone put me wise to the fact that the 1st window was cash only ( something not everyone had spotted apparently) & I only waited about 30 minutes.I know it's only a small thing but it was great to see someone handing out free bottles of water on what was a very warm day, these things make a difference & show how far relationships with the fans have come.
