Think I Read that you only had 3 of 21 players valued over £5m for the Hull game.
    Things look dire!

OC --you wrote "you only had etc......" --mistake? I am a Claret through and through and will be starting my 67th season going to the Turf although, when they introduce VAR next season, I shall no longer do the 300 mile round trip on a regular basis and the Season Ticket will be ditched!!

Rafa put a lot of Under 23s in the team which started at Hull but he is trying to make a statement to Ashley and will try anything --he is quite a cunning old beggar.

Newcastle have signed Fabian Schär from Deportivo La Coruna for an undisclosed fee and are also waiting on FA hearing about Yoshinori Muto who has agreed personal terms and will transfer from Mainz.
Schar is a defender and Muto is a striker who has played for Japan but who needs clearance because he does not meet the FA criteriafor international appearances.

Shaqiri and Wilshere for the same money we paid for Hendrick BT. I wish our transfer team were as daft as me.

The fees are right sinkov, but the £80k a week wages, NI costs and agents fees would be way beyond our modest means.

    Wilshire maybe but not definitely.
Shaqiri - Hell no. Nah not in a million. Talented but lazy arsed disruptive work shy ******!

Hendrick - gives far more than people credit him for.
