he could have a clause written into his contract like most players do. if they get promoted his wage goes up.. i wouldn't be surprised to see him on 12-14k

should doesn't comply in football... his contract will be a premier league one. he could sit playing reserve football for the next 12 month and prob earn more than we would pay im over a 2 1/2 year contract..

Totally agree, we had one like that who refused to move and saw his contract out. Like I said as a footballer you get what's best for you and your family, football comes second.

Part of me would like to see him come back because he knows our system and most of our players. However, I'm not completely convinced he's Championship standard because he sometimes tends to take a lot of touches when he receives the ball.
Perhaps it's time to let this particular ship sail and look elsewhere. We certainly don't need to pay over the odds wages.

I think regardless what’s going on with towell it don’t stop him bringing a midfielder in since he said he wanted 2. The question is that going to be it or will there be 3

i guess this is not just footballers. we all want as much as the employers are willing to pay.. cant blame Richie. as mellow says. is he any good as a championship player? can we afford to pay to find out...
