Dear al, I'm more than happy to let the matter drop and I was aware it was not you who used the word. I understand and share your passion for the baggies and appreciate it comes from a deep sense of commitment. Which I like. That said ...

I don't know why you introduce "do-gooders" into this disagreement that we have, but I would guess you mean left-wing liberals.

I don't know why you bring Brexit into this debate, I don't know what that has to do with Gay Pride. Or Boris. But if it's as an advert or defender of ***ual ethics I think "most people" would agree he's hardly your best choice.

And finally, "does the country needing to see things like Gay Pride?" still seems to me to suggest that you do have a problem with homo***uality. Why or how does a march of gays threaten this country? With what? Conversion of an essentially straight nation into hordes of gay men and women marching here, there and everywhere, mostly in pink? Perish the thought!

You don't like "us" having to pay for the cost of policing. Fine I get that. People who don't like football are probably fed up that most football clubs don't pay their share of policing but it;'s part of the price we pay for democracy that we have to pay for things we don't like. I find I can live with that.

Darren Moore with no plan A or B, no right back, no creative midfielder, no decent foil for Dwight Gayle and Dawson (even if you think he should go) our best defender, not in the team. That really pisses me off.

Alan Turing would never have let this situation arise I promise you.

I have no problem with anyone of any ***ual orientation - this includes some guys who may have three wives. As one poster has commented - the norm of a loving marriage is between a male and female and until a child is an adult, kids should not be taught any difference. I certainly would not want my young child to be listening to love within a same *** marriage or having Brighton Pride on view, but what choices they make when they are an adult is down to them.

Another poster did point out that two people within a same *** relationship is not the norm! I would agree, but it's not wrong to be anything but the norm, but it's not the norm and should be under wraps from impressionable kids who could copy/try it out.

Big Dave will get it right and did not Mr Jenkins not go on record promising a strong budget? Perhaps it will come before Thursday but then again, the recruitment cash could be wrapped in a pink ribbon and delivered to the Hawthorns!

Al's alright and a bit of an enigma.

He's is more worried about people turning and trying to enter his ring than Alan Turing.

Ha! Was that code? Over and out … well, not "out out" but "out".
