    Like Bournemouth ?

I read it a few years ago that Middlesbrough was the best supported Club per pop, which I cannot find, but I have found the one below which actually lists West Brom best with Burnley 2nd for the 15/16 season, which as I have said is a nonsense anyway.

The size of the club or fan base is irrelevant on how the players perform (Ask a Leeds or Newcastle or Villa fan). It is down to the players and managers strategy. It would be interesting to see how many international players we have at our disposal compared to other clubs around the bottom of the table.
Yesterdays game was embarrassing to watch as are the games Stats. The commentator actually said that he has never seen such a 1 sided game in the premiership.

Is it relevant ? We finished 7th last season without a wealthy investor. Every season clubs with wealthy investors, both in this league and the Championship, doss around the bottom of their league and get relegated.

It's not 1 in 4 of the population attending Alf, there's a lot of the fan base from the outlying area - Rossendale, Accrington, Todmorden, Clitheroe etc.
I started watching Burnley in the 60's as an Accringtonian when Stanley went down the pan. My Dad was a big Stanley fan. I went along to watch Burnley with my friend and her Dad as he was a lifelong Burnley fan. We were in the old first division and it was great to go along and soak up the atmosphere.
I also went to Old Trafford with another school friend to watch United - Best, Charlton, Law, Stiles etc. What a time to be watching football. I consider it a privilege to have watched these great players.

We can only hope that this season can be turned around somehow and the players start earning their crusts. It's great to see the Turf full on match days but how long are people going to keep turning up to watch the stuff that's being dished out at the min.
I'm not a pessimist by nature so I'm going to keep showing my commitment to the Lads and getting behind them in the hope that they show their commitment to the supporters by doing their best and that includes the manager and the board.

There is not a team worse than us. Even Fulham who are below us (for now) gave it a good go against Chelsea. They at least played some good honest football today something we are incapable of doing. Any player who thinks they are reasonable will be off in January or at the end of the season. The only ones we will get any cash for is Heaton, Tarkowski. Gibson and Gudmondson. We might get something for Wood, Vokes and Barnes but profits will be marginal all the rest will not get in anywhere in the Prem. We will invest in the Championship with the para payments.
