The 'Other Board'.

I’m happy to post over there from time to time, the main reason is to remind people that it’s possible to post on more that one board. I post on half a dozen and still enjoy doing so. I just get the impression over there that a lot of folk are insular and want one place to look and to post, and even if the board is imperfect that would rather stop than look around for an alternative. Maybe I should spend a bit of time making this place a more acceptable alternative?

I'm not sure how you can improve the site Griff unless you were ab;le to reduce all the ads. Thing is to get more posting on a regular basis and people will start looking at it on a regular basis rather than every-so-often.

Funny about the ads. I was using a third generation iPad and got all the ads though I didn’t think that it was too bad because it crept up on me. Then I got a new iPad, installed StopAd, enabled it in settings and now I don’t get any ads at all and it’s a REVELATION. I’m sure that these options are available on all platforms, so surely there are ways to make this a much better experience?

Me too. EN&S takes a third of the screen asking me to switch it off!

Aye noticed that, stopped over Xmas for me but started again this week

You have to keep a­dblockers up to date or they become less effective. Simple
