See how it pans out, hopefully both turn out to be our talismen, but I'm afraid we witnessed another wee wobble last Saturday.
IF Fyvie is able to play 90 mins in every game and IF he is genuinely 100% full pace then SPFL Prem here we come.
The problem we have playing Fyvie is he sometimes needs Stanton to be dropped in beside him to form the much hated 2 DCMs. This doesnt improve the team enough though to mitigate the loss of threat from Stanton playing that wee bit further forward.

Other teams do see Fyvie as the key to our success. v Ayr, their no8 was a young lad who could be turned and away from Fyvie before his knees allowed him to turn. Against a team like Falkirk, they didnt have a player capable enough to keeping Fyvie quiet until they set out to knobble him in the second half. RN needs to be brave in his selection and tactics to sort this out, or get someone in who we can trust enough to push Fyvie and Stanton further forward where they will kill teams. Just now i would try Bouhenna at DCM in something like this

    Siegrist,
    Murdoch, Watson, Frans, Booth,
    Bouhenna
    Aird, Stanton, Fyvie, McMullan,
    Safranko.

I bow to your superior OCD Chic in post # 11.
You were bang on to consider the oppo in each 9-game quarter, it was slightly askew.
(And one of CL's 8 games was indeed LE's).
The correction rightly enhances RN's success rate over CL's.
