I once wrote to Michael Spinks regarding how we were going to implement the Taylor Report in the early 90's .

He wrote back and invited me to see him at Oakwell .


I spent the best part of 4 hours in his office chewing the fat with him over a whole range of BFC topics , past and present , 3 rounds of tea and biscuits .

Showed me the architects plans for the east stand , I couldn't believe it when I saw the design .

It was me who called the meeting to an end , he would have chatted with me till midnight if he had to .

Wonderful man and a great servant to BFC , now he was a red through and through .

Absolutely Animal, he had the club at heart. Goat just full o shyte and it meks me laugh when folk believe it.

Actually SB thats a good point, who is the Newsbot on there anyway.
Ive always wanted to know this, is he a robot or a zombie or a vampire or is he just from the future etc ?.

Not seen it and I’m not an IT geek but I’d guess it’s Gally who’s set it up not the club to stream related news stories.
