Excuse my ignorance as I honestly haven't been following the story all that closely Al'.

But why should she be sent to Iraq for punishment?

I thought she'd been in Syria.

She’s still in Syria in a camp on the borders of Iraq. Many of the murderous cowards went across the border so hand her to the Iraqis and let the victims families have a say in the justice to be handed out to her. If she comes back then her kid should be immediately put into care and she should be slung in the nick to rot in an isolated cell.

No doubt thousands from the public purse will be thrown at this disgusting excuse for a human and Mr Corbyn will be saying she too is a victim!

    Right, cheers for that.

Didn't realise she'd been on the border the whole time.

This is a difficult one. She can't come back to this country. If she's incarcerated the costs will be indefensible morally and politically. If her child is taken away from her it will be deemed inhumane. Surely there's an uninhabited island somewhere that could house the likes of her. Put them all together and see how they get on

    Ms Begum

If she returns to UK she should be tried for treason which is defined as"levying war against the sovereign and adhering to the sovereign's enemies giving them aid or comfort."

On that definition she is guilty of treason.

Such action would assuage, public outrage, show our political elite understood the concerns of the electorate and send a stark warning to others wanting to enjoy the UK now after they took up such barbarous opposition

Write to your MP ask him to bring it up with the Attorney-General

C'mon stop moaning do something positive and do it now!!!

I understand that we do have the legislation to do this.
I agree 100% with your comments LB. Problem is under international law we cannot strip her of a nation as she doesn’t hold dual citizenship. I don’t agree either that we put two fingers up and do it despite this as some have suggested as Trump has rightly implied that it’s the US who will have to pick up the pieces and in fairness they’ve done enough and she’s British.

In an ideal world, the international community would revoke the rule on making someone stateless if it relates to joining a death cult like IS where these people swear allegiance to something that transcends flags and nations and leave them at the hands of brutal foreign non coalition forces as that’s the game they signed up to. I’d let the Syrians or Iraqi’s deal with her in an ideal world dishing out their own retribution and the allies compensate accordingly.

Hopefully she’ll die in the camp.

Looking at the images of her the biggest surprise is that even a desperate ISIS scum would want to impregnate her.

I presume the full face kit was left on!

Well if Corbyn did Abbott there will definitely be some sympathy there. What about a bounty on her head whilst in the camp?
