Boingy the results of late are just not good enough, I get the lovely bloke Albion through and through, but this is a results business and we’re not getting positive results. In fact we were loosing our way under B.D. Insistence on playing out from the back, when we all know the pressure that put us under, that is just an example of poor coaching, when clearly our players weren’t comfortable or skilled enough to play that way.

I’ve seen some shocking football at the baggies in the 61 years, yesterday comes very close to being the worst.it was shocking and disjointed display of well I can’t call it football.darren Moore was the cheap option (again) a few on here all said the same and it’s coming home to roost.you can blame the players all you like, but their only doing what they’ve been told sad to say I’ve got a relation (in-laws) who’s a Vila fan and he can’t believe what we’ve done to Johnson he’s a nervous wreck.thats down to coaching .mister nice guys don’t get you anywhere Ferguson clough shankley paisley they were ruthless when needs be but successful with it.

This is not the club it once was. I sincerely hope we plumit and Lai loses a fortune. I am ashamed to be a Baggie. That is first time in 53 years I have said this or felt so disappointed in this club. Shame on you West Bromwich Albion and shame on those that have turned this club into what it is.

Darren Moore, you are bigger and better than West Bromwich Albion. You have done more for this club than Mr Lai with all his money.

Thank you Darren, I hope you get another shot at being a manager and I hope you return to the Hawthorns and spank West Bromwich Albion. If that was to happen you would be dignified in any responses and more dignified than Mr Lai and those fans who have stabbed you in the back. Not the club it was. Totally gutted for you and so, so ashamed of this once great football club.

Barnes made DM look far better than he was as a coach. I feel without him we would be bottom 6 now. Maybe a bit better off as DM would have gone sooner.
Poor appointment, poor team selections, poor tactics, and, post Barnes, poor results.
Can't blame Moore for taking the job but he should never have been given it in the first place.

Your bang on there Chris. For once Jenkins has the bollox we thought he was missing.

The moral of the story - would Mick employ a very nice lad - always smiled - liked by his other workers but found to be useless and inexperienced with any task in hand? I think not.

I don’t think any one would Al, however, we are 4th in the league. What happens if the wheels well and truly come off with the new incombant, what then?

Any one of us would have settled for a shot at the play offs before a ball was kicked this season. With the squad he has DM has done very well. We are in a lean spell, no denying that, results are not great, but we are still 4th, still in with a shout of making the play offs. A new man in charge with new ideas, remember, new managers statistically are not as successful as is beleived.

Time will tell whether the decision was right or wrong, however, only automatic promotion will prove it was right. If the club makes the play offs, by getting 4th spot, nothing will have changed. Anything less than 4th place, will be a failure!

I stated ages ago that Lai was gambling on a shot at the richest game of football, lo and behold here we are trying for the play-off, he might know jack about football but is he a gambler with a problem?.....

If you can't afford less than 15 quid a game then I'm sorry to hear that. Really I am. Bet you pay more than that to watch it on Sky though.
You sit there however in front of your PC and tell me and others who somehow find the money and effort to go that we deserve nothing. Can you not see how offensive that is?

I didn't mean to offend you Wicka, I don't have Sky either. I just don't like the way you think that because you go to the matches now (I did for years in the past) that attenders now are the only ones who's opinion matters. If that's the case, then have a forum just for those who go now. By the way, I apologise for that but what I was trying to say is that if we keep getting managers sacked because of not being happy we will get what we ask for, and that's continued unrest at the club, with no stability. Managers are given no time these days.

Likewise mate. Apologies last night I was angry. relieved and sad at the same time. I was just narked after sitting through that in the cold then someone telling me I deserved nothing. That wasn't about opinion.
