Play offs are favouring the prem team due to fatigue so chance now that championship positions are sorted to gain some advantage

As things stand, the Shed need one more point to secure 2nd place. Both ICT and Ayr Shed could match us on points if they win their remaining games and we lose ours. Both have better goal differences. Get a point today and 2nd place is guaranteed. We can then relax and prepare for the play offs.

I think they will injure as many of our key players as possible. I would be putting out players in need of game time but protecting them ( sub) if implied tactics unfold.

Only favours the premiership team if you finish 3rd or 4th. So let's just make sure we finish 2nd.

Honestly there is no danger that we won’t be second now.

9 pts gap with 3 matches. 1 pt for us and any draw for them

Both of them will be resting players as 3rd / 4th makes little difference

It’s more important now to rest and prepare, avoid suspensions and injuries

Considering the Shed's recent history, it would be foolish to take anything for granted. We can secure 2nd place with at least a draw today. That has to be our target. We might only need to keep that focus for less than two hours. Then we can
    relax a little.

Well that is the top of the league set with only the first playoff advantage to be decided.

The bottom still has a bit to go with us having a hand in that next week with Partick requiring a win in either of their double header v Ayr. hard one to call!

Don't agree with this tbh. We are currently on a good run of form & need to keep the momentum going. They'll have a 10 day break between our last game & our playoff semi final. That's enough of a break imo.

Was gonna post the exact same thing but you got there first. Lets keep the rhythm going, keep the pattern the same. Of course there is a risk of injuries but on balance it's better to have continuity going into the playoffs. The more these players play together the better they're likely to get.

On continuity the good thing is that Robbie loves that.

He likes a settled routine and a settled squad so in that sense the right man is in the dugout.

Of course continuity can quickly become stubbornness but I'm more confident now about the play offs than I was a few weeks ago.

Still think it'll be very tough.
