Thread: Disillusioned with the Forum.. . . . .

    I remember being gobsmacked when Graham Alexander came to us from Preston, I was totally underwhelmed and how wrong I was with that one.

    I also remember the young Cahill coming to us on loan when he was just a kid with Villa. Honesty, I would have him back in a heartbeat.

    Plenty of miles left in Cahill yet, if we can get him on a free and he'll take a pay cut, get it done. Better than some sprog from the Championship who might be good enough in a year or two, or might not.

    I'm not sure I would put Cahill in the "cart horse" category.

    But he'd be coming on a free Dave, surely you don't need to worry about re-sale value when you're not paying anything in the first place ?
