To tell the truth I don't particularly care what he does at Wigan , all I know is that for £4m he's a huge gamble for them .

We have a striker here in Cauley Woodrow who is twice the player Moore is , the additions of Wilks and Chaplin this summer give us far more mobility than Kieffer to play off Woodrow .

Different ball game this season for us and you need pace and mobility at this higher level .

Give us a bit of clout in the market to further strengthen the squad .

Very good deal for us .

I would agree 4 million for Moore is one heck of a good price.

semi has more potential to do a lot better than Moore in the championship.

Moore is like Tony Stewart go good for league 1 but not good enough for the championshio.

Even Ive missed less open goal sitters than he/Moore did, from when I used to play subbuteo Cam after a few beers. And awww that really brings back memories of miss-spent Friday nights for me.

Its garbage that we've sold one of our top strikers yet again, and its just so typical of us that we're going to do it right at the start of a new season... BUT having said that, we'd be mad to turn down such an offer of £4 Mill wouldnt we!.

He did miss a few sitters, but he scored more than anybody we have had since his departure from the NYS. Our other attacking players have missed more sitters than him.

Moore is a good league 1 striker but unproven at championship level.
When he left us for Barnsley they were a division higher, so what could we have done about that ?

They’ve kept their crown jewel in Woodrow and now have cash to reinvest - happy days ahead for them given their good recruitment track record

Don't really see how anyone can critisise the club for us not signing him after we'd had him on loan. How many players would sign for a league 1 club when a club in the Championship wants them?? Barnsley were by no means certain to go down when they signed him either. Suppose it suits certain agendas to have a pop at the club/TS at every opportunity doesn't it.

Good business for Barnsley but I do think KM will do well at Wigan, he's a good player.

    Yes, get your point now.

But can't see us bidding for a player from a Prem League team who's just signed (3 year?) contract.

We let a top quality player go to West Brom for 1.5 million and they get 4 million for Moore. We need to have a good look at what we are doing when it commes to negotiating!!!!!
