Believe me this club could do that and still buy 2 or 3 top players a season or transfer window.Invest in facilities and let's find some Geordie youngsters. All of which wont happen under fatty.
Your right with your last bit though,it wont happen.
A new owner with good intentions and love for club, I 100% agree but....

From what I see this gang will buy us with loans and likely lumber the debt on the club. More of the same I reckon from what little info I can glean. This on top of whatever Ashley has rogued from the club as part of any deal.

The potential is certainly there for the sunny picture you paint above for sure.

Heres hoping for some kind of brighter future. It's hard to see it now.

Ashley himself said If the deal hadn't been done by the time you hear about it then it won't get done at all.

Spot on with what's required. If miracles happened and it ever came off this club would transform itsself and go forward as it did under the Keegan days and for the expected success we'd get much more deserved credit than the likes of moneybags artificial Chelski and Citeh.

To be honest, I'll worry about what the new owners (hypothetical-it's not happening) are like when they're in charge. Right now I want him gone so I can go back to doing the thing i love. (obviously wouldn't be actually enjoying it, given Bruce's brand of football but you get my point).

To back up your point Geordie, there is also the question of commercial revenue which despite the riches, has dropped since Ashley took over - inexplicably compared to other smaller clubs as well.

Money is being syphoned out since day one.

Someone will know more than me but is it legal to buy the club in this way.So much up front then rest over 3 years. The rest over 3 years suggests it will come out of possibly clubs TV money. So surely they wouldn't pass proof of funds and fit and proper persons test.

Makes no difference if the new owners can't afford the club
The owner now is killing every avenue

The brochure still has Diame, Perez and Rondon on the books with Longstaff valued at 3 million. Bit out of date there.

Bruce a successful European manager, pictures of glamourous, world class players in it who ain't ours.

    Wow.

Talks about transfer strategy and reinvesting the sales in the squad with the proceeds.

Sounds to me like the same BS already in place.

Sounds like the brochure was pulled out of Penfolds waste paper bin from last year and the office junior wrote Bruce's name over the top of Rafas and sent it out to all the mugs in the media.

Haven't read the article but reading that they put that in it convinces me i don't need to bother reading it.
