Fantastic that we stopped the rot and got 3 points and a clean sheet at the back.
But, again, results elsewhere have went our way. It's uncanny the run of luck we've had in respect of other results going our way this first quarter of the season.
We need to capitalise on this and take advantage to try build a significant lead at the top of the league. We know that this is the recipe for automatic promotion.
I've got to admit, I fear playing McCall's Thistle. I reckon he has us sussed. Would love to end his good fortune midweek.

Watched the 2nd half of that game last night and thought the same. Ayr had a chance to go top and didn't look up for it.

So booting fk out your team meant they were up for it? When they played us a few weeks back they were very good in the 1st half and played us off the park for large spells and in the 2nd half when we went for them they defended well and broke quickly - so were well up for it. Last night from what I seen in the 2nd half both teams were poor...... A bit like our game today �� Originally Posted by petermackie

Ok first half today. Nt great 2nd half. That said despite all of Dunfermline's huffing and puffing in 2nd half they never really troubled us.
Thought defence looked solid enough today both brown and Reynolds did well.
Great 3psts Bt will need to do better on Tuesday.
