Comfortably the better team today. The side looks better balanced and they are moving the ball well. There was a 20 minute spell early on where we looked like we were going to run riot.
Iversen. Thought he should have done better for their goal but other than that fine.
Thompson. Looks solid at full back like he's played there forever, uses the ball well too, a proper footballer.
Olosunde. Did well playing on wrong side.
Ihiekwe. Solid performance against tough opposition.
Wood. Have to eat my words, we are a better team with him in it, and he was superb today.
Barlaser. Again I'm munching on my critism, he was good Sunday and even better today, my MOM. Cracking free kick
Crooks. One or two sloppy / over ambitious touches that lost possession but we look more solid with him in the midfield.
Wiles. Fish out of water where he was put I reckon we would have been better with Hastie on from start.
Ogbene. Frightens the life out of defences, speed, skill he's got in spades a bit more quality with the final ball and he'll get us promoted.
Ladapo. Full of life and a right handful for defenders, we're still not giving him the right supply?
Smith. Good goal, nice centre forward header
One final gripe, where do we get the officials from. I cannot believe how bad they are. Their goal, first it was a foul on Wood not on their man, then they were offside from the free kick, and then off again when they scored. Did anyone notice the refs face when he saw the replay on the screen.

Another very good display from a side that is getting better and more confident as we go on.Warney,by playing Crooks and Barlaser together has transformed the side into a creative attacking force, which is much more entertaining and makes you feel very good coming out of the NYS after seeing that.It was reassuring to hear Dan B. on the radio say that this team is by far the best bunch of players he's worked with and was really enjoying it.Come on Tony let's make this a permanent signing. He ticks all Warney's boxes and as the plan at this club, is to invest in bright young talent.go for it,Warney deserves your backing.UTM.

    Fantastic three points
    Ladapo ball greedy today
Smith needs to get in box more and needs to work on his ball control a bit more (still starts for me) but great goal
Even though it wasn’t a bad effect I don’t understand why Vassell took a free kick when Barlaser is there
Great goal from Barlaser and 100% gets my MOTM
Didn’t think Hastie did much when he came on, Wiles was better
Crooks didn’t have his best game
Olosunde wasn’t bad at LB was he

Remembrance was too early imo, half of fans weren’t there at that time

Serious problems with Lino who missed offsides quite a few times
definitely a penalty shout , One word for Ref CHEAT and a good job we got the three points

2nd in league at the start of 2020

Still some don’t understand the title of the thread and just come on to be sarcastic which is no surprise

Stonewall pen straight after HT when Smudge was manhandled to the floor. Ref lookin straight at the incident too. Bizarre if he didn't think that was a wrestling move by Henegan . I think it was him.

He missed loads of fouls committed by us on them too. Hopeless.

I think Barlasser,s free kick took a slight deflection off a bpool player , either head or shoulder, to take it a foot further to the keeper,s left.

I just wish we had more urgency when with win possession and have them on the ropes. Loads of wasted opportunities.

MoM was Thommo for me as well. Class defender and also did the sweeper role to cut out a few threats.

Great performance though and there was only one team going to win it. Much better but as Warney has said there's still more to come from us

Team’s starting to gel together now, it’s looking very promising.

Left it late but fully deserved the victory.

Thompson did very well at right back again.

Wood made a couple of errors but the fact is we are a better team when he’s on it!

Ogbene, one of the best wingers we’ve had in the almost 50 years I’ve been watching the Millers. And the great thing is he’s contracted to us, not a loanee!

On the officials? Total joke! The woman on the West stand gave us a corner in the 1st minute that clearly wasn’t and just went down hill from there. She’d completely given up by the end and wasn’t giving any decisions, not even throw ins, just waiting for the ref to decide then putting the flag up. On some occasions she was awarding throw ins after we’d already took them!

She was nowhere near fit enough to run that line imo far too slow

Forgot to mention how well Olusunde and Barlaser played with them both sort of doing a left back tandem.
Don’t know if it was the plan or wether Barlaser took it on himself to cover Olusunde’s surges forward or not, but it worked a treat.

As I got back to my car there were two bpool fans got into a tangerine coloured fiat 500.
The owner even had orange sports seats installed.
    Classy.

Struggled to get up the hill to Kimmy though

Excellent start, but their goal knocked the stuffing out of us for the rest of the half. Got on top again after the re-start, looked a certain penalty, but I thought it would just fizzle out, until the fantastic free-kick
Always feel sorry for the players, leaving the pitch to a half empty stadium.

It’s worth stopping to the end to see Ogbene celebrating
