Of course we are.

As a club we are just as massive as Liverpool, Chelsea, etc., but on the field we're not nearly as "massive" (good). They are centuries ahead of us in that regard.

Exactly Hughie. I asked for a definition of a big/massive club,its easy to name teams but the argument from that side never tells anyone what defines a massive club.
None of these so called big/massive clubs would have the support we have if they had the lack of success in recent times that we have had.

Completely agree. The last bit as well I think is very true. Even with Man City's success their own manager can't believe how few people actually turn up.

Our support is unique - and indeed massive. Even if there's a conflict about whether or not going to games is the right thing to do at the moment.
