The owners turned up at the correct delivery time but in between time the food inspectors had turned up to see various species of rodents were sniffing around the pallets.
That wouldn’t have got a zero unless they used that food in a meal

4 could mean tables needed clearing or toilets wasn’t cleaned on time, anything below and it’s hard to see how it won’t effect you
