Saudi’s don’t bother these people when they are ordering an Uber , or questioning where the oil in the petrol pump has come from. It won’t enter their mind when they book a concert or many other growing list of things the Saudi’s are invested in.

Or using IPhones or sending tweets on Twitter. The moral compass and their conscience has suddenly appeared when the subject is NUFC. Still I take it they won be attending games after takeover.

I have stated many times that Saudi Arabias human rights are shocking, but so is China's, UAE, Russia. They all own teams and nobody says a word. I dont justify anything Saudi Arabia do. Maybe they want to change, who knows. So lets stop them if they try then. Is that your answer.

As I’m cheering the team on, I will always be able to begrudgingly acknowledge to any opposition fans who challenge me, that YES I do know where the success is really coming from and the true reasons behind it. I just won’t try and fool myself or others with garbage. It would be a really ugly look for us as Newcastle fans and I hope it’s a tiny minority that spout conspiracies that defend the indefensible.

The Saudis as a people have every right to modernise and diversify their portfolio into a football club if they somehow think it will attract investment into their country. Will them owning us change their human rights record? It’s possible. But don’t kid yourself.
