It gets mentioned a lot on here, Shiek Mansour takeover at Man City took 23 days. That was one man. So just over 3 weeks to do checks on 1 man. Since then the OD test is more strict.
So if it takes 3-4 weeks for just one man, how long does it take to do checks on Staveley, the Rueben brothers and PIF. Let's just say that is 4 people for arguments sake. It is obvious its going to take a lot longer.
In my opinion every hurdle thrown at them has been overcome and surely now we are nearly there.
they can check on more than 1 person simultaneously

although this is the PL corrupt committee we are talking about - maybe they havent got the necessary skills to do that

I can understand the delay in vetting PIF due to the complexity but surely the same proceed for Staveley & Reuben Bros should be much quicker.
How long do they want. Are they waiting for another reason not to trade with the Saudis like their oil drying up ???
All Newcastle fans deserve better than this - not necessarily the green light, although we all hope that will be the outcome, but at least a decision one way or the other to end this torment. Its disgusting the way its been dragged on & on.

If only the fans were as vocal and active to get rid of Ashley for the last 13 years as they have been with getting a decision, and about getting ticket refunds we might not be in this position of waiting now.
