There were a few at school in the 80s, glory chasing types as none of them were scousers, they were the Man Utd of the 80s, even down to the late goals and seeming favour of officialdom.

Had to laugh at tonight’s news, after the usual dross lazy journalism of cliche and the Hillsborough disaster (Heysel not mentioned), they interviewed some ‘fans” and Klopp.

The German spoke the better English, clear and precise, subtitles were needed for the fans

Drives me mad when I hear people born and bred round here refer to Man Utd or Liverpool as “us” or “we”

I saw a really cringey tweet from someone saying “the Chelsea match was 96 mins so that’s for the Hillsborough 96”

That is reaching to the ridiculous.

It's even more ridiculous when you consider the game was actually 100 minutes long. Up The Chiltern Hundreds

Considering that the City of Liverpool was built on the profits of slavery, then surely the Premier league title should be stripped from them as recompense?

They've been endearing themselves to Everton fans today by putting traffic cones on the statues at Goodison and setting the balcony of the Everton-owned Liver Building on fire.

The Everton chairman who owns the building has it lit in blue and it looks like a Liverpool fan fired a red flare at it which caused a fire.

Ironic since they have the Liver Bird on their crest, maybe they should take it off and Everton put it on their crest instead?

Twitter is full of Liverpool fans saying it’s just a minority and they aren’t like that.

    Always the victims.
