I some times wonder what the planet would look like if there had never been a Great Britain, a lot worse that's for sure.

Immigrants and refugees should be given asylum whenever they are persecuted and their lives are in danger. Economic refugees should just do one. Refugees who have found a safe country should settle and be grateful for that. Most do not though and go the UK gives us more and we want that. To quote BenArfa " I get that but the fact that someone else in life has something you don’t is just life and getting in a huff about it is a waste of energy" or does that only apply to Brits complaining about immigrants

It’s a general rule for life. Try it, you’ll live a much happier life.

Whether it’s taking in asylum seekers or campaigning against racism BLM), doing it in Britain is a case of preaching to the converted. The UK has a very long history of accepting immigrants due to its colonial past and, take it from me, is one of the most race tolerant countries in the world. So, why all the hullabaloo there and not in other countries? Answers:
1) Money. The NGO’s make a lot of it and will stop making it as soon as these ‘problems’ are resolved.
2) These people would be ignored or told to f*ck off if they demonstrated in the countries that have a real problem with allowing in refugees or racism. (Again, no money to be made there).
