Ben White needs to do what is best for himself. And recognise that it’s not staying at Brighton, where the team will be struggling or going to Liverpool where he will be watching from the side.

If he wants bigger bucks than Leeds can offer as a wage, that's his call I guess, just seems a waste when he did so well, and got on so well with his team mates at Leeds.
i think if he gets a first team opportunity he will take it with aplomb. Sure he would add a lot to the Liverpool back 4 and sure Klopp is good at selling a vision but at Liverpool if you are good enough you get to play.

lets hope he wants to play for Leeds .... but 35 mill is a lot of dinero

Becoming a distraction now. Hope they move on full blast and focus on his replacement.

We should do whatever we can (within reason) to secure him on a long term deal. He is proven within our system and style of play and I have no doubt he will perform just as well as the higher level of the Premiership. He could be one of the main foundations of our team for the next 5 years and, if utilised properly, could become for us what Van Dijk is to Liverpool.

Has anyone seen or heard that Brighton are saying his value is now 40 million? If so, is there a process to appeal to the Football League on this figure? And yes, I do know we probably won't get a fair hearing! But if a player wasn't good enough to keep and play in the PL...when that club was struggling in the relegation zone for most of the season...then how can they claim that as a fair value? Forget what Bielsa has done with him with us, he wasn't good enough for Brighton to keep and play!
