Some very good points raised in this thread. When the whole business of suing the EFL came to the fore during lockdarn I said that Conway wouldn't have even proceeded with it if we would've been safe and in a mid table position rather than propping the division up and looking all but relegated. I stand by what I said and for what it's worth I agree with what you've said about the moral principle of the matter. It should be persued for the greater good of football at the end of the day because number one, it's the right thing to do and number 2, based on our model it would surely suit us and other like minded clubs in the long run
