The six want to stream their own matches on their own service so will be apart from Sky and the other big broadcasters so their revenue should go up but would you buy into anything where you don't have access into the top 30% of the product at the same price as they have up until now?

That grab will see a reduction of TV revenue for the rest of the clubs over time and that has to be a concern for all of the other clubs long term.

I agree Frogster that the loan proposal is not healthy for sporting integrity. It could be argued that its B teams through the back door. It would certainly lead to a feeder team situation. Then again it was ever thus: when we lost to Dagenham in 2010 at Wembley, we really lost to West Hams reserves.

All that said, it looks like the majority of the PL clubs will reject the plan out of hand, so its probably dead in the water already. Why on earth would Brighton, Burnley, Sheff Utd et al vote for it

It sickens me to the stomach that most of the owners in the EFL are behind this. The ones that aren't as I can see are Accrington Stanley, Burton Albion, Peterborough and they'll toe the line.

The FA Cup has been devalued by the competing European clubs. The grounds of the big six don't have a soul anymore and are more like tourists venues.

The overspending of club owners has caused this and it's these people who find legal loopholes in the laws they voted for.

There was a review of the state of the EFL. It was recommended by a QC that 3 independent directors should be employed to liaise with the clubs and EFL and the EFL voted against it. It was suggested that they should visit and discuss regularly with each club, find the concerns and formulate an agenda for the EFL meetings. They voted against it and TS said in an interview that they have meeting after meeting and nothing comes from them.

Now they've put yourselves in a position where they're being dictated to by a group of 6 overseas billionaires who don't give a crap about the other clubs apart from keeping their FA affiliation.

The other premiership clubs will be paid off to get this through.

Said years ago that all the money that is distributed from the powers that be, should be given out equally. All 4 divisions should get a equal share. They are then allowed to spend what they earn through revenue and gates.
So if rotherham income was 10 million per year and share from league was 4 million. That 14 million is our budget
If Peterborough income was 5 million plus the 10 million from sale of players plus 4 million from league then they have 19 million budget.

The top teams would still have the biggest budgets due to income but
It would encourage lower league teams to bring through home grown talent
