Gave a really good account of ourselves, substitutions being the difference ultimately. They bring on players who cost god knows how many tens of millions between them and our standard dropped a lot once smudge went off. He didn't even look exhausted but maybe they know something we don't? Hmm. Going forward I have more hope given how the first XI played and injuries coming back but we do need some help going forward. Vass and Hirst, never look like scoring, or controlling either in Vassell's case. Shame.

From now and until end of season it will be like a normal end of season pattern,by that I mean I think it will be more playing than training,and in that it will have done us good today form that point o view if there is anything to take from it...

Usually I’m quite critical of Warne’s tactics and substitutes but today I think he got it right.

Our aim this season is championship survival, so why risk injury to key players by keeping them on the pitch too long?

Agree get shut of Vassell and Hirst. Use the money to bring an half decent striker in and bring Kayode back for Hirst. Apart from a couple of wonder goals vassell has done nowt. He cant control a ball and a lot of the time he is knacked. He shoots when he should pass but rhen again he cant pass.He is the new JCH. And probably worse.

Vassell & Hirst would not score in the old Cricket club (Rawmarsh) I’m not disappointed didn’t expect to win & we made a game of it.Well done lads.

Apart from we didn’t pay 400k for vass like we did with jch..

For 70 minutes we were by far the better team. And, as others have said, Olosunde was Imperial. Bar the firs 15 and last 15 mins I enjoyed watching that match. I agree with MT the substitutions killed us.
