Not yet, but that’s due to financial situation- every penny’s a prisoner just now. Will look to join when situation improves, but don’t think that will be for a while.

Sorry that definitely doesn't encourage me at all. In fact the opposite.

I believe that fan groups should exist solely for the club’s supporters to exert their opinions, who otherwise wouldn’t have any means of influence. I’m of the opinion that people with vested interests e.g. Ogrens, Asghar, etc should not be members or influential within fan groups or perhaps impose their own agendas on them but should be willing to work in tandem with them. The fact that the chairman etc. are now members of DUSF, in my opinion, defeats the purpose of that group existing. The DUSF need to be 100% independent of the club. Imagine if the likes of ST, Martin etc. were involved.

What happens when the Ogrens do decide to take profits from the club when it suits them, as they said they would. Would the DUSF members not have a different agenda?

Bit like having your cake and eating it.

I would be over the FN moon if our main debate on here is whether we agree on the Ogren's taking profit out of the club.My main concern at the moment is having a club to watch once the pandemic is over.
I really don't think enough supporters in Scotland realise how precarious a position most of their clubs are in,especially clubs from 5th to 12th in the Premiership.

I can't see Ogrens etc having any influence on any decision as its put to ballot. I can see the argument for those who can see it as detrimental.

Are you still the only applicant whos membership request was rejected?

Ha ha that's also the kind of childish and immature behaviour that puts us decent fans off joining DUSF. Grow up for goodness sake!

Why wouldn't DUSF accept all Arabs as members?

I became a member about 6 months ago and I think when I joined there was around 700+ members but that's up to over 1000+ since so up around 30% during these trying times which is absolutely FANTASTIC.

If fans want to give that wee bit extra then this is definitely the way to go imo.
