This bit, they reopened after 2 months of lockdown is very interesting. When our holidays were cancelled last year we didn't take the money back option and rebooted for 2021. It just does not seem likely that the foreign holiday industry is going to be reopened even in late July. Even if we were prepared to pay for an additional 10 days isolation when we return, we are concerned that there will be no bookings made during the normal booking period and our holiday will be cancelled again. My question is how can Finland be back to normal at the moment?
