Never heard of him but on reading up a little bit about him i'm delighted and optimistic about the future Maurice Ross appears to have similar idea's too

This has obviously been in the pipeline for a while, so I would guess he's watched a lot of our games. Team selection for Saturday would be very interesting if it wasn't an FA Trophy game.

I am pleased we have gone with someone who is left field. The Scandinavian leagues always seem similar to League 2 / National League IMO in that it’s physical and the players often have limitations.
Young managers have worked out at plenty of clubs so hopefully this isn’t as high a risk as some think.
Good luck to the bloke. If we don’t win 6-0 at the weekend I will have my pitchfork at the ready 😉

Really excited about this appointment, he's young but started coaching pathway early in his life so has plenty of experience.

Well a quick look at his stats and he was sacked from Viking after they got relegated. That said the fans seemed to really like him so who knows?

I was pretty sure it would be a head coach and someone young, sounds promising but still a risk at this stage of the season if we are looking for an immediate impact as there isn't much time for coaching at the moment

From the owners perspective, it’s about long term. If we were to get promoted this season, it would be a bonus, but not beyond the realms of possibility. There is always a risk attached to managerial appointments. But our owners would do have done their homework and this is a calculated risk.

I’m excited that we haven’t gone down the normal route.
